Jan Zimnicki leads internal digital transformation at CRIDO, a Polish advisory firm of more than 430 people working in tax, legal, M&A, public funding and business consulting. A lawyer by training, he has worked in consulting since 2015 on excise duty, energy law, biofuels and tax and administrative litigation. He joined CRIDO’s indirect tax team in 2021, focusing on e-invoicing (KSeF), and moved to the digital transformation team in 2024.
He runs firm-wide technology rollouts such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Libra by Wolters Kluwer, from vendor selection and pilots to training and everyday use. He also coordinates TechMinds, CRIDO’s network of technology ambassadors.
