Oana Chiriță is a founding partner of the firm. She heads the non-criminal litigation and counseling department. She specializes mainly in commercial contract law, intellectual property law, energy law, IT law, AI legal issues, competition law, transport law and European labour law. She also provides representation in supranational courts for our clients, with experience as a litigator before the CJEU and the ECHR.
