Mihai Selegean is a legal professional with extended experience in various areas of the legal field and throughout his career worked as an expert for The Council of Europe, director of the National Institute of Magistracy, INM trainer in the ECHR field, as well as a collaborator of some publications in the legal field. In 2008, he joined BRD - Groupe Societe Generale as Legal Director and since November 2019 he is part of the Bank's Management Committee, coordinating BRD’s legal, data protection and administrative teams.
